Currently we use UPS & FedEx Services to fulfill shipments. Shipment may arrive as early as 1 Business Day with a maximum of 5 business days for delivery.

Please reference the tracking information provided for real-time calculation of expected delivery date.

Please plan to have someone present on the expected date of shipment, UPS/FedEx may or may not deliver the package if individual is not present to receive the package.

If any issues with receiving the package or if a reschedule is needed, please use the tracking number provided and contact UPS/FedEx directly via website, email or telephone to handle receiving of package.

Orders will ship during business days only, Monday - Wednesday to ensure on-time delivery with maximum freshness.

Orders Received Thursday - Sunday will not be made until that Sunday & will ship on Monday.

Orders placed before 5PM EST are guaranteed to ship by the following day. Example - order placed on Monday @ 4:59PM EST is guaranteed to be shipped, in UPS's possession no later than Tuesday.

Orders placed after 5PM EST are guaranteed to ship (2) business days from purchase date, example - order placed on Monday @ 5:01PM EST is guaranteed to be dropped off for shipping by Wednesday if not earlier.

By purchasing any product for shipment, you acknowledge that once the product reaches the courier possession, Cookie Tingz LLC is not responsible for any damage to the product that may occur while in the courier possession - such examples include damage caused by weather, mistreatment/poor handling by courier, lost or stolen packages while in route or upon arrival (package drop-off).

Shipping to PO Boxes is NOT allowed. If you pursue shipping to PO Box, we will not issue refunds or make reorders in the event the package reaches you later than expected or is unattainable due to Courier policies. If you've mistakenly destined a PO Box for shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can halt the order and issue refund before preparing and sending the shipment.
